Surgical details of facial surgery
Multiples incisions can be used. Most of them are located around the ear. A separate incision can be done, under the chin, for a better neckband treatment. Skin excess can be excised directly through a Medline neck incision. Facial surgery can include lower face area, and can be combined with eyelid and forehead surgery for a total facelift. Surgery is done mostly under sedation.
